Dynamic Glass adds COO
Dynamic Glass is pleased to announce that it has hired Mike Duffy to serve as Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) of Dynamic Glass. Mr. Duffy will be responsible for overseeing all operations with a primary focus on procurement, project management and manufacturing activities. Mr. Duffy brings extensive experience to Dynamic Glass and will help to enhance the Company’s operating capabilities and accelerate the Company’s continuous improvement initiatives.
Prior to joining Dynamic Glass, Mr. Duffy served as a Vice President for Fabbrica USA in the Northeast US since 2016, having responsibility for project management and operations. Before Fabbrica, Mr. Duffy served as a Vice President, Project Director for Permasteelisa in the Northeast US from 2014-2016. Previous to Permasteelisa, Mr. Duffy served as Operations Manager for National Enclosure Company in Michigan from 2008 to 2014.
Mr. Duffy has significant experience overseeing and executing complex, monumental curtain wall projects with individual contract values up to $65 million. Mr. Duffy’s curtain wall experience and abilities will significantly boost Dynamic Glass’ capacity to execute large, complex curtain wall projects.

Dynamic Glass was founded in 1990 and has since grown into one of the leading glass and metal panel contractors in the United States. The Company is headquartered in Houston with 400 employees across four locations in Houston, Dallas, Austin and Denver. The Company specializes in the fabrication and installation of glass systems and metal cladding products for both the exterior and interior of new construction and renovations of commercial buildings. Dynamic Glass utilizes its in-house design, engineering, fabrication and installation capabilities to ensure the highest quality products are delivered to the field and installed safely and efficiently. The Company custom fabricates glazing systems and metal panels out its four facilities comprising a combined 300,000 sq. ft. of fabrication capacity.
